As Midwest Strategy Group’s Legislative Assistant, Katie Fuller is responsible for coordinating schedules, planning client legislative/advocacy days, and organizing special events and conferences both in Lansing and around the State. In this role, Katie attends committee hearings and researches, analyzes, and tracks various pieces of legislation that are of interest to our clients. Katie also monitors various publications in order to keep clients up to speed on the latest legislative, judicial, and local news-worthy developments.

Prior to joining Midwest Strategy Group, Katie held positions within the Michigan House of Representatives and Michigan State University. Her experience orchestrating campaign and charity events and knowledge of the workings of the legislature allow her to meet the diverse needs of our clients.


Katie graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts from James Madison College in Comparative Cultures and Politics and a minor in Portuguese. While at MSU, Katie was a delegate in international Model United Nations conferences, a James Madison college professorial research assistant, and an executive board member of three university organizations.
