Rayn Sova is an Administrative Specialist at Midwest Strategy Group. In this role, she manages complex calendars and coordinates meetings with legislative and executive offices while providing administrative support across the firm's government affairs practice. Her work also encompasses bill research, maintaining the firm’s bill-tracking database, special projects, and the planning and execution of legislative receptions, advocacy days, conferences, and other firm events.

Rayn also plays an integral role in the administration of multiple Political Action Committees (PACs), supporting campaign finance compliance, reporting, recordkeeping, and ongoing operations. Working directly with clients, she helps navigate Michigan Campaign Finance Act requirements and provides support for PAC reporting and management.

Prior to joining Midwest Strategy Group, Rayn worked as a Client Service Advocate at Jackson National, collaborating with financial professionals and new business prospects while honing her skills in communication, organization, and task management.

Rayn earned her Associate's degree from Lansing Community College before transferring to Michigan State University, where she is completing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science
